Place your items inside their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid Australia Post shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the front of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any Australia Post Office or red street posting box, and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund progress.
